CityLax offers scholarships to two deserving students each year. Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors who have been nominated by their coaches and demonstrate the CityLax values of being leaders both on and off the field, high-achieving students, and regular community service volunteers. Scholarship funds are used to cover college expenses such as tuition, room and board, and educational materials.
Henriette Zombori is a recent graduate from Brooklyn Technical High School and is now a freshman at University of Albany—Buffalo. Later in high school, she grew an interest in structures and creating buildings that are also beneficial to the environment, so she combined the two passions when choosing her two majors.
