Presenting Partner for the Gala: $25,000.00

Be a part of the CityLax-USA Lacrosse Initiative to Grow the Urban Game in NYC Middle Schools Help build a true “urban community” of school-based lacrosse in each of the five (5) boroughs. Underwrite the innovative USA Lacrosse/CityLax curriculum designed for middle school lacrosse development in small spaces. Five (5) Schools in each borough need to be equipped and supported for physical education, after school intramurals, and then intra-school team lacrosse.
Package includes: 

• Two (2) tables of 10 with organization recognition signage on table in Premium location for Hall of Fame Ceremony

• Inclusion in the Gala Program with 1 Full Page Ad (Inside Front or Back Cover)

• Emcee Thank You during the live programming

• Gala Sponsor Recognition (if commitment and any applicable logo is received by April 19th)

• Recognition on CityLax Website and on all social media channels (over 20,000 followers)

• Stand-alone email correspondence to CityLax database (over 12,000) each quarter (4x) from May 2026 to May 2027.

Supporting Partner - 3 Year Endowment for a College Scholarship Award: $15,000.00

Help our student-athletes succeed in launching their college careers by funding a new scholarship award that will be named in your honor for the next three years. Each year for three years, two $2,500 awards will support two graduating high school seniors (one boy and one girl). The awards will be used to cover costs of tuition, course materials, and/or school-based room and board for their first year in college.

Package includes: 

• One (1) table of 10 with organization recognition signage on table in Premium location for Hall of Fame Ceremony

• Inclusion in the Gala Program with one (1) Full Page Ad

• Emcee Thank You during the live programming

School Team Support Packages $10,000 

Start Up Funds for a Public Middle School Program. Provide sticks, protective equipment, uniforms, and other necessities to start a new, afterschool, middle school program in one of the five (5) boroughs.

Package Includes: 

• One (1) table of 10 with organization recognition signage on table in secondary location for Hall of Fame Ceremony

• Gift Package from CityLax

• Inclusion in Gala Program with a Full-Page Ad (April 19th cut off for artwork)

• Early access at the Gala to a meet and greet with lacrosse special guests (TBD)

• One (1) stand-alone email correspondence to CityLax database (over 12,000) between May 2026 and December 2026 (Date TBD)

Partner with Two (2) School Teams: $6,000

Provide 2 teams with an assistant coach or essential lacrosse equipment/needs (sticks, balls, goals, transportation) for a season. Package Includes:

• One (1) table of 10 with organization recognition signage on table in Secondary location for Hall of Fame Ceremony

• Gift Package from CityLax

• Inclusion in Gala Program with 1/2 Page Ad (April 19th cut off for artwork)

• Early access at the Gala to a meet and greet with lacrosse special guests

Send a Team to Summer Camp: $4,000

Cover the cost of insurance, goals, pinnies, healthy snacks and coaches for our student- athletes to attend our free summer camp Package Includes:

• 6 Adult Tickets plus Hall of Fame Ceremony Seating

• Early access at the Gala to a meet and greet with lacrosse special guests (TBD)

Program Ad Opportunities

Communicate your support in print, i.e. offer a special message from an organization, for an honoree or offer a personal tribute for someone special or in memoriam. The FINAL DEADLINE for final ad copy and artwork will be April 19th (about 3 weeks before the Gala on May 6th).

• Full Page Ad- $1,000 -includes four (4) Tickets to the Gala

• Half Page Ad- $500- includes two (2) Tickets to the Gala
